(A) Easy installation、Saving 1/2 labor cost and timing 
Before installation, fastening low channel of profile on frame, then,

installing polycarbonate sheets on upper channel of profile and screwing 

it to finish installation. It could save a lot of labor cost and construction timing.

(B)Beautiful installation
Fastening rubber tape along the frame to prevent thermal expansion 

to have even surface. Drilling the holes on sheets firstly to fit patented

 rubber spacer and fix it by stainless screws. So all of screws won’t 

be visual and it does not need silicon for sealing to have great appearance.

(C) Noise absorption、Shock proof
Correct construction could prevent sheet touching sheets completely 

and reduce the noise while raining or snowing.

(D) Preventing thermal expansion to cause sheet fatigue
In the past, fixing normal screws and there was no space reserved for 

thermal expansion to cause cracks on sheets, leaking. For silicon, it 

caused ugly appearance for construction. Such rubber spacers and 

rubber tape accessories offer proper flexibility for sheets installation 

to prevent leaking, cracks while in construction.

Polycarbonate sheet commonly used in application of skylight are found to covered with a layer a oil stain and dust. 
The biggest problem is the impact of thermal expansion and contraction, PC board expansion coefficient formula. 
Thermal expansion and contraction is the main impact for causing the sheet to crack. Therefore Polycarbonate coefficient expansion formula to be : (7x10-5/℃) 
For example plate temperature 23 ℃ and 15 ℃, 38 ℃ temperature difference 
For example, Polycarbonate sheet which is stored at the temperature degree celsius of 23 and 38, 15 degree Celsius to be the difference. Method of calculation to be 3500x0.00007x15℃ = 3.675mm Which means calculation for 15 ℃ difference to be ; 3500 +3.675 = 3503.675mm 

For example 1 ;
Installation of Polycarbonate sheet in the status of (expansion) during the hot mid day will cause sound made by Polycarbonate sheet when it (contracts) in the evening time due to inappropriate flexibility. 

For example 2 ; 
If installation of Polycarbonate sheet in the contraction status during evening period of time, Polycarbonate will form an uneven proportion surface as the sheet expands during the day. As the stress which form in Polycarbonate due to expansion and contraction, this will cause polycarbonate sheet to crack in a period of time. 

Special rubber spacer are applicable to avoid polycarbonate sheet from cracks due to expansion and contraction once and for all. 
Rubber spacer consist of upper and lower lead hole which comes with different diameter. Upon the tightening of screw with lead hole onto Polycarbonate sheet, it generates expansion and apply appropriate close integration. Ensure no leakage and no silicon application is required.

Save Time on installation ─

1. Ensure all sizes of Polycarbonate sheet and profiles before installation.
2. Tighten lower ABS+PTR profile to frame work with screws.
3. Fit polycarbonate sheet onto ABS+PTR profile.
4. Cap upper Aluminium+PTR profile onto ABS+PTR profile.
5. Secure the profile with screws to tighten the profile and polycarbonate.

Absorb noise / Flexibility ─

1. PTR on the aluminium and ABS allows appropriate flexibility.
2. PTR prevents water entering from the side of the profile.
3. Recommend the use of round Neoprene rubber to prevent uneven surface of the sheet.
4. Neoprene rubber enable to absorb and reduces noise during raining days.

Clean and attractive ─

1. No signs of silicons on the edge of the profiles.
2. Reduce screws on the frame / profile.
3. Leaves attractive image of the sheet upon installation.
4. Reduces the tightening of screws at the centre of the sheet by using round neoprene to secure the sheet from uneven surface.

2. Weather resistance─ With a layer of anti-UV coated on the surface during the process of co-extrusion could prolong the lifespan of the sheet. Purpose of the anti-UV coating is to prevent ultraviolet from shining through which could cause the sheet from turning yellowish and ends with crack. Shutter Twin-wall sheet maintains an excellent transparency surface over a period of time compare to others.
3. Light Transmittance─ Centre structure adopts slant angle which enable gentle morning sunlight to shine through unlike traditional Twin-wall Sheet which adopts vertical angle that block the sunlight totally.
4. Thermal insulation─ Thermal insulation of Shutter Twin-wall sheet is better due to its unique slant structure which absorbs heat compare to tradition hollow sheet and other thermal insulation sheet.

1‧Skylight
With the holes on the horizontal bar, it allows hot air to discharge naturally, driven air circulation within the surrounding. Effectively reduce the problem of poor ventilated air within the area.

Slant Structure applies the design of bindings effectively block direct sunlight inorder to reduce heat within the area. Retain appropriate light to shine through. Apply the heat rise application on this design with a cooling holes of 50cm to effectively releasing the outflow of heat naturally into the cold air. 

2‧Roofing Ventilation

Engineering methods; rows of cooling holes of 50cm, vents will boot to the roof in hot air naturally discharge.

Elegance finishing appreance, improve shortcoming of traditional exhaust valve protruding building.

3‧Wall partition

With every 30cm a row if cooling holes combine with main building, the holes to create comfortable lighting space.

The design provides vents to open and close function, in hot and cold season can be adjusted to the needs of the ventilated rate.
